Great hotel and very friendly staff. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and the front desk staff were very helpful and checked us way earlier than check in time for no fee. The room is spacious and clean, and they clean it once every few days unless you asked for it to be cleaned every day. The location is great we were here for lollapalooza and the walk was about 30 mins and bus stop was right across the street and took about 15-20 mins to lolla. There are many luxury stores around same as food places. I would definitely come back here again!
I stayed at the Chicago Hotel Collection Magnificent Mile Hotel for a Girls Weekend stay. The hotel was delightful. Our rooms were very nice. The location is unbeatable--close to the lake and just off Michigan Ave. It was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We chose the package with the drinks and breakfast included. It was great. We enjoyed the drinks on the roof deck overlooking the city. It wasn't crowded at all when we were there and the service was great. Breakfast was a very nice buffet with lots of choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return here the next time we visit Chicago.
